President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete talking via a telephone a short time following his inauguration of Optic Fibre Project at tandem with the inauguration of Serengeti District electricity for expansion of internet communication in the District and neighbouring places.

On Kikwete’s right side is Minister for Energy, Nazir Karamagi. To Kikwete’s left side is the Executive Director of Science and Technology Commission, Prof. Yadon Kohi.
