The following email was received from Mr J C Rao, informing us about the sad demise of a fellow Musomian.

The contents of the email, dtd Jan 8, 2006, have been copied below:

I just now got a telephone call from Y G Vyas giving me the very sad news that Kanubhai (71) passed away while driving (massive cardiac arrest) a few days ago, in his home town Leicester, England.

I spoke with his daughter, who informed me that due to the nature of his death the authorites will need too conduct an autopsy of the dead body.

The funeral is hoped to take place in Leicester soon after wards. I was told that the date and time and place will be also announced on the MATV National Channel No 793 soon.

Kanubhai lost his wife, Suryabala (sister of our Mwanza friend Shirish Aditbhai Patel) 13 years ago.

Late Kanubhai was a very kind man always helpful and will be missed by fellow Musomains very much.

Our prayers to The Lord to bless his soul in eternal peace and May Lord give strength to the family members of the departed to bear this untimely tragic loss.
